Courage, my sons, Don't you see that we are leaving on a mission? They pay our fare in the bargain. What a piece of good luck! The thing to do now is to pray well in order to win as many souls as possible. Dear Martyr of Charity, you willingly accepted death for Christ. Just as Christ said that there is no greater love than to give up one's life for a friend, please help us in our lives to to carry our cross with willing and humble hearts. Amen

Canonized on the 10th of October 1982, by Pope John Paul II; declared a martyr of charity
